Design the queue management experience for service agents, managers, and end customers. Experience with SaaS products, design systems, and bilingual interfaces. Remote, full-time.
Implementation Manager — Middle East
Lead deployments across healthcare and government customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Bilingual Arabic/English preferred. Dubai-based.
